Our country is currently at a crucial stage of the development of new-type urbanization. The contradiction between the rapid economic and social development of cities and their limited resource carrying capacity as well as fragile ecological environment is particularly prominent. Therefore, the task of building green ecological cities is more arduous and urgent. Moreover, due to the diverse natural conditions and cultural characteristics of each city, the existing conditions, development directions and technical means in the process of green ecological city construction will also vary. Given that the current green ecological city construction is in a process of dual exploration of theory and practice, there is an urgent need for a set of theories suitable for the national conditions and city conditions to guide and enhance the construction.
