In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet information technology and the wide application of intelligent manufacturing equipment in the clothing industry, clothing customization enterprises supported by digitalization, intelligence and flexibility have developed rapidly. At the same time, due to the rapid rise of the experience economy and the awakening of consumers' value co-creation awareness, traditional customization enterprises characterized by one-person-one-pattern, long customization cycle and manual production have faced new challenges. Therefore, in the process of transformation and upgrading, clothing customization enterprises need to optimize the product development model and improve the product development ability to enhance brand value and cope with the increasingly fierce competitive environment. This book comprehensively uses various qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the product development model of customized clothing, constructs a brand value evaluation system for customized clothing, and proposes a product development model for customized clothing based on brand value.
