Dance creation techniques are the methods and methods that dance choreographers master when using choreography techniques to create dance. In today's era of continuous development and progress, dance creators have the courage to carry out new explorations and practices, constantly enriching and updating dance creation techniques, and gradually forming a set of universal dance creation concepts in a broad sense. Dance creation techniques will be reflected in the dance creation process, from the conception and selection of materials at the beginning of creation, to the unification of form and content, to the use of "time, space, and power"; dance creation techniques can be said to extend to all aspects of the creation process, and assist the choreographer as a whole to improve the work, providing a strong guarantee for the success of dance creation. This paper takes the analysis of the role of dance creation techniques in dance creation as the starting point, and studies various aspects that need to be paid attention to in dance creation. Taking the work as an example, and combining my own points of view to discuss new understanding and new explanations of dance creation techniques, I hope to contribute my modest contribution to the theoretical research of dance creation.
