This work offers scientific and reasonable reform measures for the teaching management issues in China's secondary vocational schools. It mainly introduces the practical problems faced by the teaching management of secondary vocational schools and the paths and strategies for scientific development. Firstly, it introduces the enterprise "7S" concept and data intelligence technology into the teaching management system of secondary vocational schools to construct classroom teaching management models with different focuses. Secondly, it investigates the characteristics and strategies of classroom teaching environment management in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of students and implements a "two-way collaborative" management model based on the requirements of blended teaching. Finally, it optimizes the management strategies of moral education in secondary vocational schools based on the concept of experiential education and proposes management measures for on-the-job internship teaching from the perspective of collaborative management. This work is of great significance for improving the teaching management quality and constructing the talent cultivation system in secondary vocational schools.
