This book addresses the issues of high school geography teaching models from the perspective of core literacy, condensing contemporary educational viewpoints and teaching plans. It mainly introduces the cultivation strategies for the four core literacies of high school students in geography. The work first elaborates on the connotation and composition of core literacy in high school geography, proposes cultivation plans for the four core literacies, and studies innovative teaching design and implementation strategies for high school geography. Then, it summarizes the deep learning strategies to promote the development of core literacy in high school students. Finally, it shares suggestions for innovative teaching models in high school geography from the aspects of informatization, experiential learning, issue-based learning, video-based learning, and ITLE learning. The publication of this work will be of reference significance for the reform of high school geography teaching and geography teachers in high schools.
