Archival management is an important and fundamental task in schools. It not only has the function of preserving historical materials but also plays a role in providing advice for various tasks such as teaching, research, and administration in vocational colleges. At the same time, it shoulders the responsibility of making archives available for use and serving the public. With the promotion of vigorously carrying forward traditional historical culture and building a service-oriented society in China, people's demand for archives is constantly increasing, and their interest in the archives of vocational colleges is growing. Therefore, the public service function of archival management in vocational colleges has become one of the keys to the development of archival management in vocational colleges. This work mainly starts from twelve aspects, applying modern management methods, updating management concepts, reorganizing business processes, changing service methods, innovating management concepts, improving service quality, promoting institutional reforms, enhancing management levels, and developing archival resources to provide better information services to society.
