With the continuous expansion of the scale of primary school English teaching in our country, there is currently a gap between the teaching of English courses and the development of society and the times. The primary school English curriculum standards are set in accordance with the age characteristics of primary school students and new teaching models. The aim is to change the traditional English curriculum's excessive emphasis on grammar and vocabulary explanations, enhance the cultivation of students' practical language application abilities, and stress that teaching should start from students' learning interests, life experiences, and cognitive levels. It advocates learning methods such as experience, practice, participation, cooperation, and communication, making the language learning process a gradual cultivation of students' active thinking, bold practice, and autonomous learning abilities. The purpose of the course teaching evaluation is to gradually change the traditional examination methods. Through evaluation: students can experience their learning progress and ability improvement; teachers can obtain feedback information on teaching; and schools can understand the implementation of the curriculum standards.
