Social development has entered the stage of globalization and informatization, and English, as the world’s main common language, is the carrier of knowledge learning in many fields. English teaching in colleges and universities has always been a more important work in the new era, and the innovation of English teaching mode in colleges and universities has become the consensus of the education sector, which is very consistent with the strategic goal of the reform and development of talent training mode. The traditional English teaching mode has been unable to adapt to the needs of the information age, there are many problems, it is necessary to study the innovation path of English teaching mode in colleges and universities, in order to have a beneficial impact on the cultivation of English talents needed in the new era.
