The training objective of vocational colleges is to cultivate applied skilled talents that meet the demands of society and enterprises. However, from the current situation of vocational education, on the one hand, there is a huge demand for highly skilled talents in society, while on the other hand, graduates from vocational colleges have difficulty finding suitable jobs. This phenomenon indicates that there is still a certain deviation between the training standards and quality of vocational colleges and the demand for highly skilled talents in society. The main reason lies in the fact that the current vocational education still has the phenomenon of "emphasizing theory and neglecting practice". The combination of vocational education theory and practice, knowledge and ability, classroom and job positions is still at a relatively shallow level, and there is still a large gap between teaching and practice. The training objectives are disconnected from job demands. In terms of the work process-oriented model, it is still in the theoretical research stage and needs to be explored and verified in practice. At the same time, there are still aspects such as professional construction, curriculum reform, construction of practical training bases, and construction of teaching staff teams that need further research to form a practical and complete practical teaching system.
